April to Sept: Determine if request is a substantive change
(this could be UCC approval of a program or a new off-campus location)
December to March: Determine if request is a substantive
change (this could be UCC approval of a program or a new off-campus location)
October – December: Department works on draft of the prospectus March – May: Department works on draft of the prospectus
December 15: Prospectus submitted to Academic Affairs June 15: Prospectus submitted to Academic Affairs
January 30: Finalize Prospectus July 31: Finalize Prospectus
